1. Who we are and your agreement

Entrivo is operated by habitation and company, South Africa. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean habitation and company. You contract with us for use of Entrivo and the services described here; payment orders processed by our reseller are subject to the reseller’s buyer terms. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter a contract or have appropriate guardian consent, and have authority to act for any organisation you represent.

2. Events, bookings and services

Entrivo displays event information, ticket types and prices supplied by the authorised organiser. Ticket purchases, when available, are one-time purchases for the named event, date, venue and ticket type, not subscriptions. There are no automatic renewals. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been independently confirmed. A payment page or return to this website alone is not proof of a confirmed booking. Review event details before paying and follow the organiser’s admission requirements.

Security staffing, access management and organiser services are separately scoped and quoted; listing those services does not make them purchasable through the ticket checkout. Online sales remain closed where an event page says bookings are not open.

3. Payment terms and reseller

For orders accepted through Paddle, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders processed through that checkout. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payment and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Event questions and fulfilment support remain with habitation and company. Taxes, currency and any charges must be disclosed at checkout before you authorise payment. See our refund policy.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account and booking information, protect your sign-in credentials and report unauthorised access. Do not use Entrivo unlawfully, impersonate others, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, probe or interfere with security, scrape private data, or bypass access controls. A booking confirmation is not permission to reuse or resell another person’s booking.

5. Intellectual property and content

We and our licensors retain ownership of the website, software, documentation and Entrivo branding. We grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use the website for its intended purposes. You retain rights you hold in submitted content and give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You must have permission to submit any artwork, event details or other content.

6. AI venue concepts

The owner-only AI Venue Studio produces illustrative design concepts, not certified floor plans, event capacities, security assessments or professional advice. Outputs may be inaccurate and must be checked by a qualified person before operational use. You are responsible for your prompts, rights to your inputs, checking output accuracy and how you use outputs. Do not submit illegal content, non-consensual deepfakes, hate speech, malware, attempts to bypass safety controls, or material you have no right to use. We may refuse generation, filter outputs, restrict or remove content and suspend misuse. Input rights remain with their rights holders; any output rights are subject to applicable law and provider terms, and exclusivity is not guaranteed. Rights holders can contact us for takedown requests; repeated infringement can result in suspension.

7. Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. This does not remove any statutory refund or data rights. We may update these terms for future use; material changes will be reflected on this page.

8. Liability, law and contact

These terms are governed by South African law. Nothing excludes rights under applicable consumer or privacy law, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Event cancellation or material changes should be reported to us promptly so we can explain the available remedy. For terms, booking or rights questions, contact habitation and company.
